icky had served a two-year term as WMFAA Auditor, from 2006-2007. She decided to run for office again, this time, as Board of Directors, so that she may be able to help WMFAA to be successful and visible in the community. When asked about what she can contribute to this effort, she replied, "Time and effort and whatever / whenever needs arise to the best of my ability.

Vicky is originally from Caramoan, Camarines Sur, Philippines where she finished her Bachelors Degree in Accounting, and worked mostly in accounting-manufacturing firms prior to coming to Grand Rapids. She is married to Andy and they have a 13-year old daughter, Stephanie. She is currently helping Andy with their own business (drapery shop), as well as attending to their rental (housing) properties. The Zwarts love and enjoy to travel together.
